Feedback of the conference
Last week, at the KLU University in Hamburg, almost 100 participants attended the 4th Ermewa Conference on" Rail performance for sustainable logistics", moderated by Pr. Dr Hanno Friedrich.
A great panel of speakers, representing a large set of stakeholders involved in a Rail Supply Chain, presented their view on how European modal shift by 2030 may be transformed into reality:
“How digitization concretely supports a rail freight forwarder in optimizing its fleet and flows” - Reinhold Pölzl, BU Managing Director in Rail Cargo Logistics
“How digital maintenance significantly improves maintenance Supply Chain performance” - Ines Villmann-Doll, Managing Director in Villmann Gruppe
“Train operation performance and digitalization” - Ludolf Kerkeling, Managing Director in Havelländische Eisenbahn Aktiengesellschaft
“The KB Brake Monitoring Systems and its impact on Supply Chain Visibility & Optimization” - Dr Istvan Hegedus, Director of Digital Freight Projects by Knorr Bremse
“Digital logistics chain” - Christiaan Carstens, Consulting Director in Leogistics
We would like to thank our speakers and attendees.
